Data Collection
PATH collects certain information provided by customers through the site and application. We collect this information only when necessary and for the purpose of providing a service request, making updates and enhancements to PATH services or fulfilling legal obligations. By using PATH services, you give consent and agree that any or all data collected may be used to improve PATH application services. Operational data entered in the PATH mobile application and PATH system related to soil movement may be viewed by the PATH team at any given time. This data includes but is not limited to:

While using the PATH mobile application or PATH website, customers may be asked to provide identifying information when requesting a product demo or access to a case study. This information includes but is not limited to:

All information entered and collected with consent through the PATH software and application will remain confidential under the law. However, to continue providing the full functionality of the PATH system, improve services, and manage maintenance updates, the following PATH representatives may access customer data at any given time:

Data is retained for as long as necessary to complete the purposes for which we collect it, including compliance with legal reporting requirements, or making service upgrades. Identifying information is only retained while an individual remains a PATH customer.

Information displayed on the PATH website may include links to external resources to inform our customers of the latest regulation updates. One of PATH’s many valuable features allows customers to upload documents to their personal profiles. These documents can be removed from the system at any time the customer chooses to do so. At no time will PATH share data stored in profile accounts with third-party entities unless legally obligated to do so, nor will PATH use data for reasons other than those outlined in this Privacy Policy.

The PATH website stores cookies on your computer which capture your interactions with the PATH webpage. These cookies collect information about user trends and provide metrics about site visitors.
